The market of IT companies that offer advanced IT systems supporting business management is developing very dynamically in Poland. BPC Training Center is a response to the needs of an intensively developing market. The trainings are directed to entrepreneurs and IT system providers. They are designed to prepare entrepreneurs to choose an IT tool at every stage – from examining the needs to implementing the IT system and preparing staff to work on the introduced system, while for suppliers it is a compendium of knowledge about functioning on the Polish market.

SECTION I: ORGANIZATION OF THE ADVANCED SELECTION PROCESS IT SOLUTIONS SUPPORTING ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT.

Trainings for managerial staff participating in the process of choosing solutions, including classes: ERP, MES / SCADA, WMS, APS, BI, Workflow. The purpose of the training is to provide knowledge and information to participants that are necessary at every stage of the solution selection process. Starting from defining the company's needs through analyzing the solutions market, to conversations with suppliers. A characteristic feature of these trainings is the fact that they are based on current market data and consulting projects implemented by BPC Group analysts.

SECTION II: LAUNCHING NEW PRODUCTS ON THE POLISH MARKET.

The trainings are directed to suppliers operating on the domestic market and to suppliers from abroad who would like to introduce their solutions to the Polish market. The purpose of the training is to provide knowledge and information on the needs and investment plans of entrepreneurs in the field of information systems. Qualified trainers will show how to efficiently introduce new solutions and to experienced suppliers how to operate more dynamically on the market of IT companies.
